Corporate Training and Development Manager

ACB Consulting is a reputable organization seeking an experienced Corporate Training and Development Manager to lead our training initiatives.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to manage our corporate training programs, ensuring they align with our business objectives. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in training and development, with a strong background in facilitation, assessment, and program evaluation.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Ensure all new employees undergo induction training, develop training materials, and make necessary arrangements for successful completion.
- Conduct quarterly skills audits, assess scores, and arrange relevant training for staff members.
- Manage outsourced/insourced trainers, venues, and logistics for training sessions.
- Collaborate with the Training Company to secure funding from W&R SETA and ensure reimbursement of funds.
- Capture and record training modules, maintain registers, and file documents for WSP and ATR submission.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the retail industry.
- Relevant certifications, such as ETDP, Assessor Certification, Train the Trainer Certification, and OPETDP Diploma.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We offer a dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a chance to work with a talented team.
