Administrative Support Specialist

RPO Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the daily activities of our client\u2019s team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and update contact lists and databases, ensuring up-to-date information.
- Perform general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Assist with special projects and events as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Ability to multitask and work independently, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
