At Rory Mackie & Associates, we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Specialist to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and influential industry association, representing the interests of numerous member companies within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the office of the CEO, including scheduling and recording minutes of all management meetings, following up on action items, and effective diary management. They will also assist the CEO in managing output, workflow, and office deadlines, as well as stakeholder management, both internal and external.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to work well with others and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They will also have a strong understanding of the FMCG sector and be able to communicate effectively with member organisations, government departments, and stakeholders.

The role will involve coordinating onsite meetings, luncheons, and in-house events, as well as acting as the point of contact to members and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring requests and identifying urgent matters, escalating them accordingly, and managing the CEO's correspondence, including incoming mail and redirection.
