We are seeking a highly organized and disciplined Administrative Support Specialist to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

The role involves:

  • Dealing with clients and the crew
  • Coordinating diaries and bookings
  • Assessing briefs and deliverable matches
  • Preparing jobs, costing sheets, and quotes
  • Managing deadlines for clients' requirements
  • Collecting and collating supplier invoices against jobs
  • Preparing supplier and clients reports for the CVO
  • Collecting stock requirements to present to the CVO
  • General office administration duties

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Use initiative - assertive to ask what needs to be done
  • Be comfortable with computers - tech-savvy
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Requirements include:

  • Matric
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient in CRM systems (ZOHO and Xero would be advantageous)
