We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Network Recruitment. As the first point of contact for clients, employees, and stakeholders, this role is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with a focus on office operations, supplies, and equipment. They will be responsible for handling phone calls, emails, filing, and correspondence, as well as managing calendars, meetings, and appointments.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing office operations, supplies, and equipment
  • Handling phone calls, emails, filing, and correspondence
  • Managing calendars, meetings, and appointments
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Serving as a contact for clients, employees, and stakeholders
  • Drafting reports, presentations, and letters
  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders as needed
  • Assisting with financial tasks like invoices and petty cash
  • Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
  • Assisting with IT issues and coordinating with support
  • Helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

Requirements for this role include:

  • Completed Diploma in Accounting and related field
  • 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Automotive experience will be an advantage
