International Spanish Language Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Spanish language customer service specialist to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a native-level Spanish speaker with strong communication skills to work in a dynamic contact centre environment, providing exceptional customer service to passengers of a prestigious airline brand.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using Spanish and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls, including written correspondence as needed.
- Interact daily with international passengers, addressing their queries and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and maintain expected client service levels in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Native-level fluency in Spanish language (verbal and written).
- Located in South Africa with permanent residence permit/South African ID holder only.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including rotational schedules and public holidays.
- Fixed line internet connection (fibre or stable ADSL) at own cost, with UPS solution required during load shedding.
- Ability to commit to 4-week fully paid training and 4-month probation period.
