Multilingual Contact Centre Representative with Sales Focus

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Contact Centre Representative with a focus on sales to join our team. As a representative of our client, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to international passengers in Spanish and English languages.
Key Responsibilities- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in customer relations department in Spanish and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish, including some written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels in a demanding and time-sensitive call centre environment
Our client is an award-winning, multilingual contact centre that prioritises staff relationships and embodies client brands through excellent service delivery. They offer fully paid product and systems training and have offices in strategic locations in Fiji, South Africa, and Peru.
Requirements- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- L ocated in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (fixed line internet only)
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted)
The estimated salary for this role is R250,000 - R300,000 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards, taking into account the location, job requirements, and client's reputation.
