Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled French language customer service and sales representative to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in French and English languages.
Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations department in French and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handling voice calls in English and French may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and meet expected client service levels.
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in French language: Verbal & Written.
- Located in South Africa.
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost. Must be fixed line internet. No Wireless connections accepted.
- UPS Solution required during load shedding (Inverters available for purchase via our client or own solution accepted).

- Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid).
- Probation period: 4 months.
