Our client is an award-winning, multilingual contact centre that provides inbound multichannel customer support across multiple verticals. They specialise in delivering exceptional client experiences through their staff and relationships with clients.
Location
The role will be based in the Free State, South Africa, and can be performed fully remotely.
About the Role
We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service and Sales Representative to work for a prestigious airline brand on various work streams. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in German language, both verbally and written, as well as flexibility to work shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with pre- and post-flight departure travel-related queries in customer relations departments in German and English languages.
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and German, which may include some written correspondence.
- Daily interactions with international passengers, handling queries and compliments.
- Meet specific key performance indicators and expected client service levels.
Requirements
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost (no wireless connections accepted)
- UPS solution required during load shedding
- Fully paid product and systems training provided
Benefits and Requirements
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, with estimated earnings of R500,000 - R600,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include 4 weeks of fully-paid training and a probation period of 4 months.
