About the Role

We're seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to spearhead the growth of our advanced vehicle tracking solutions in the fleet and SMB markets. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a proactive sales expert with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Target Achievement:
    • Promote and sell our innovative tracking solutions to meet or exceed sales goals.
    • Achieve a minimum of 290 cold calls per week and deliver 3 customer presentations daily.
    • Maintain a solution-focused approach in all customer interactions.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Elevate customer satisfaction through first-call resolution and achieve a CSI above 90%.
    • Effectively manage sales opportunities in CRM to drive swift pipeline progression and accurate reporting.
  • Market Awareness & Strategy:
    • Stay informed on industry trends to inform your sales strategies.
    • Represent us at industry events to expand networks and generate new business leads.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telematics, fleet management, or SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, with a strong focus on data-driven sales techniques.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
