About the Role
We're seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to spearhead the growth of our advanced vehicle tracking solutions in the fleet and SMB markets. To excel in this role, you'll need to be a proactive sales expert with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Target Achievement:
- Promote and sell our innovative tracking solutions to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Achieve a minimum of 290 cold calls per week and deliver 3 customer presentations daily.
- Maintain a solution-focused approach in all customer interactions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Elevate customer satisfaction through first-call resolution and achieve a CSI above 90%.
- Effectively manage sales opportunities in CRM to drive swift pipeline progression and accurate reporting.
- Market Awareness & Strategy:
- Stay informed on industry trends to inform your sales strategies.
- Represent us at industry events to expand networks and generate new business leads.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in telematics, fleet management, or SaaS solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software, with a strong focus on data-driven sales techniques.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
