Job Description

The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in wealth management and relationship management. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to meet customer needs, while ensuring operational compliance and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Monitor team members' use of the CRM system, identifying and resolving standard issues and escalating them to a senior manager as appropriate.
  2. Help drive customer renewals through exceptional service, supporting the sales teams as required.
  3. Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
Skill Requirements

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in relationship management are essential requirements for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
