Hire Resolve is seeking a Business Developer / Sales Manager on behalf of our client, a leading life insurance company specializing in funeral insurance products. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in funeral insurance, client relationship management, and business development. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company's market presence, particularly within funeral parlors and employee association groups. If you have experience in insurance sales, underwriting collaboration, and a passion for growing business partnerships, we encourage you to apply Responsibilities Develop & Expand Business: Identify and establish relationships with funeral parlors, employee associations (e.g., farm workers associations), and other potential clients. Sales & Client Engagement: Present and sell funeral insurance products tailored to clients needs. Underwriting Collaboration: Work closely with underwriting managers to structure appropriate funeral insurance solutions. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities. Customer Satisfaction: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, problem resolution, and customer retention. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to risk management and regulatory standards. Requirements: Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in funeral insurance sales, business development, or marketing. Client Relationships: Proven track record in selling funeral insurance products to funeral parlors and related businesses. Underwriting Knowledge: Experience working with underwriting managers. Regulatory Compliance: RE5 certification required. Market Awareness: Strong understanding of employee association groups and their funeral insurance needs. Sales & Negotiation: Excellent ability to close deals and build lasting client relationships. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business software.
