Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to provide business advisory services to micro and small enterprises.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting business diagnostics, facilitating business growth strategies, and monitoring client progress.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Advisory Services: Provide relevant business information and advice to micro and small enterprises.
  2. Business Diagnostics: Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments using relevant tools and methodologies.
  3. Business Growth Strategies: Facilitate the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies that enhance client competitiveness.
  4. Client Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business positions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree Qualification: A matric certificate (NQF Level 4) and diploma (NQF Level 5/12 months).
  • Work Experience: At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience, with at least 2 years' experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner.
