Job Overview

The Brand Sales Manager serves as the essential link between the corporate merchant team and our clientele, ensuring a cohesive customer journey that aligns with the vision of TOTALCARE PEOPLE® SOLUTIONS while effectively driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivating a productive relationship with vendors, aligning their objectives with our strategies, and acting as a source of market intelligence. This includes negotiating mutually beneficial agreements and establishing a streamlined returns process to protect both partner and company interests.
  • Customer Engagement: Regularly interacting with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and addressing concerns through collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Inventory Oversight: Planning inventory and sales to maintain optimal stock levels, making timely decisions to manage slow-moving products, and optimizing inventory and accounts receivable in the marketplace.
  • Product Mix Management: Ensuring a balanced product assortment that meets demand while maximizing profit margins.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Effectively managing stakeholder relationships, adhering to various requirements, and ensuring cooperation while safeguarding organizational and customer interests.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Guaranteeing adherence to statutory and vendor requirements.
  • Channel Expansion: Enhancing channel diversity and re-engaging existing customers who have not been billed.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Keeping detailed sales records, conducting analyses, presenting findings to senior management, and implementing actionable insights.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Gathering information on competitors to inform strategic planning.
  • OEM Engagement: Collaborating with OEMs on pricing support and marketing initiatives, ensuring timely claims are made.
  • Receivables Management: Following up on product sales receivables to prevent overdue invoices.
  • Marketing Execution: Planning and executing marketing initiatives that drive sales.
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of sales, inventory, receivables, and credit limits.
