Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to join our team. This role focuses on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through targeted outreach and prospecting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through thorough research and tailored sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless handovers of qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Industry Insights: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to refine sales strategies.
  • CRM Maintenance: Maintain accurate data in CRM systems and keep detailed records of sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in call center outsourcing services, SMB SaaS, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sourcing new leads, and setting meetings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Airtable, Hubspot, and Zoominfo.

What We Offer:

  • Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
