About the Role:

  • This key position requires a highly skilled individual to lead the development of new business, build upon existing customer relationships, and enhance the company's market presence in the boiler industry.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and business development, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and collaborating closely with internal departments to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers to solicit new enquiries and opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to identify and pursue new markets, customer groups, and industries
  • Prepare and present technically orientated solutions to meet customer requirements, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Liaise with internal departments to provide seamless support and ensure timely delivery of services
  • Analyze market trends and developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare and issue commercial and technical proposal documents
  • Negotiate contracts and secure orders while maintaining excellent customer relationships

Benefits and Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The estimated salary range reflects the expected annual earnings based on industry standards and market conditions.
