TalentLink seeks a skilled Procurement Coordinator to play a pivotal role in its supply chain operations. This dynamic professional will be responsible for procuring products of sufficient quantity and quality to ensure availability in accordance with the production schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review production plans to prepare forecasts for material requirements.
  • Source and procure products from vendors, ensuring timely delivery and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and warehousing teams to coordinate purchasing functions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to drive cost savings.
  • Evaluate and recommend new suppliers and materials that enhance product quality and reduce costs.
  • Manage contract manufacturing commitments by coordinating purchases within agreed parameters.
  • Generate and expedite purchase orders to align inventory levels with production requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
