Description
As a key representative of FirstRand Bank Limited, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing first impressions and providing exceptional customer service to visitors. This role requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to visitors and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct calls and messages to the relevant personnel, ensuring seamless communication within the organization.
- Deliver administrative support through efficient planning, reporting, and updating of related information.
- Ensure all interactions with clients are professional, resulting in positive feedback and loyalty.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and efficiently, adhering to agreed timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FNB visitors, identifying their needs, and directing them accordingly.
- Manage personal development to enhance competencies and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
