Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to provide efficient and effective frontline support as a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients, reporting directly to the Campus Operational Manager and Customer Business Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the Campus Operational Manager with office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.)
- Promptly receive clients and provide operational support as required
- Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client queries
- Act as a back-up Testing Centre Administrator
- Data capturing of data cards for Sales
- Support on Health and Safety at the campus
Requirements:
- Matric or equivalent qualification; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and front-line support
Competencies:
- Customer focus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Experience in the technology or software industry is a plus

- Attention to detail and accuracy
Salary Range:
R65 000 - R80 000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
