Job Summary:
Eco Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Rustenburg. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our rental business by focusing on the mining and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer relations by calling on new and existing customers.
- Identify customer requirements and meet or exceed their needs by championing excellence in customer service.
- Achieve monthly targets and deadlines.
- Grow the brand by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts and ensuring continuous improvement.
- Handle complaints and queries efficiently.
- Achieve monthly rentals and sales targets.
- Maintain and build relationships with key account customers.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Proven sales experience in the construction and mining sector.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and motivational levels.
- Great team player with good personal, interpersonal, and communication skills.
