Job Summary

This role provides high-level confidential support to the Managing Director and offers professional customer service in the front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Managing databases, filing systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Placing advertisements on job portals and managing recruitment administration tasks.
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a recruitment agency environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent English and Afrikaans language skills.
  • A valid driver's license and own transport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
