Job SummaryThis role provides high-level confidential support to the Managing Director and offers professional customer service in the front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director, including diary management, organizing meetings, and preparing reports.
- Managing databases, filing systems, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Placing advertisements on job portals and managing recruitment administration tasks.
- Typing, compiling, and preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a recruitment agency environment.
- Excellent computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent English and Afrikaans language skills.
- A valid driver's license and own transport.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
