Key Responsibilities:- Costings and Logistics: Manage the costing process, including allocating style codes, setting up costing sheet templates, and sending out templates to suppliers.
- Confirmed Style Brief: Compile and send styling brief sheets to the Sales Merchandiser for approval, and manage the CAD request process.
- FITS/PPS Samples: Label and photograph FIT and PPS samples, and manage the approval process with the Sales Merchandiser and Design Team.
- Customer Sample Development: Discuss target costs with the Sales Merchandiser, liaise with the Design team, and send final tech packs to suppliers.
- Courier Management: Manage all original samples, physical tech packs, swatches, and supplier development samples for all outbound and inbound requests.
- Additional Tasks: Reconcile supplier claims, share weekly item performance reports, and maintain electronic filing on the Company Server.
- Strong Administrative Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong understanding of financial and administrative processes.
- Fashion Industry Experience: Experience in the fashion industry is advantageous, but not required.
- Lead Time Management: Ability to manage lead times, take initiative, and ensure tasks are followed up on efficiently.
- Proactive Approach: Demonstrate a proactive approach and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
