**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Project Administrator and Coordinator to join our team at Numata. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the project management team and Project Management Office (PMO).

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects within the Numata business model framework, ensuring that all project documentation is organized and up-to-date. You will also assist with project administration and coordination tasks, such as maintaining schedules and ensuring that all project-related activities are properly documented.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of standard approaches for projects, programmes, and portfolios.
  • Maintaining and managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and action items.
  • Tracking project progress and providing regular updates to the project management team.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A tertiary degree or comparative qualification completed or in progress.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a PMO or similar administrative environment.
