Job Title: ATM Channel Performance Specialist

Job Summary:
The ATM Channel Performance Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and improvement of the ATM channel's performance, processes, and products to meet established standards. This role involves creating and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures, performing routine inspections and quality tests, and identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of MIS on a daily basis to track ATM uptime, trouble shooting, and remedial measures.
  • Quality control, measuring customer satisfaction by analyzing complaints and taking remedial measures.
  • Handling client escalations and working with internal and client teams to resolve issues within short time frames.
  • Ensuring ATM availability is achieved daily and coming up with solutions to address repeat/chronic ATM failures.
  • Developing and implementing a documented month-end plan to ensure service levels are high.
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
  • Ensuring standards and safety regulations are observed.
  • Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
  • Making recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating training materials and operating manuals.
  • Managing vendor relationships and deliverables, including services, licensing, and vendor management activities.
  • Managing and tracking overtime, ensuring vendor staff rosters are in place to reduce/eliminate overtime.
  • Managing the flow of work, including projects and production fixes assigned to the ATM channel, in accordance with established timelines, budget, quality standards, and/or contractual requirements.


Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Degree in supply chain management
  • Experience in resolving ATM escalations
  • 5+ years experience in Cash and ATMs
  • Experience in ATM Monitoring & vendor liaison
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Contactable via own mobile phone
  • Valid drivers license and own vehicle
  • Must have Office Suite experience Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint
  • Travel will be required from time to time
  • Shift work will be required


Benefits:
  • R25,000.00 to R30,000.00 gross per month
  • R5,000.00 petrol allowance
  • R1,500.00 airtime allowance
