Job Title: ATM Custodian

Job Description:

The ATM Custodian is responsible for day-to-day management, monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to improve the ATM channel's performance, processes, and products to meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creation of MIS on a daily basis, including ATM uptime, troubleshooting, and remedial measures.
  • Quality control, measuring customer satisfaction by analyzing complaints and taking remedial measures.
  • Handling client escalations and working with internal and client teams to resolve issues within short time frames.
  • Ensuring ATM availability is achieved daily and proposing solutions to address repeat or chronic ATM failures.
  • Developing a documented month-end plan to ensure high service levels.
  • Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
  • Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues.
  • Ensuring adherence to standards and safety regulations.
  • Discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
  • Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
  • Making recommendations for improvement.
  • Creating training materials and operating manuals.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and vendor management activities.
  • Managing the flow of work, including projects and production fixes assigned to the ATM channel.
Requirements:
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management
  • Experience in resolving ATM escalations
  • 5+ years of experience in Cash and ATMs
  • Experience in ATM Monitoring and vendor liaison
  • Clear criminal and credit record
  • Contactable via own mobile phone
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
  • Office Suite experience, including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint
  • Travel and shift work required
Benefits:
  • R25,000.00 to R30,000.00 gross per month
  • R5,000.00 petrol allowance
  • R1,500.00 airtime allowance
