Position Overview

As a Lead Human Capital Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of Future Africa Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Your expertise in talent management and organizational development will be essential in driving our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Development

  • Identify and prioritize organizational learning needs that align with our business strategy, ensuring stakeholder engagement for optimal learning outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of performance monitoring systems for departmental indicators and standards.
  • Recognize and pursue opportunities for enhancing performance across the organization.
  • Ensure that all organizational development initiatives are seamlessly integrated with our strategic and business goals.

HR Expertise

  • Exemplify ethical behavior and integrity in all professional interactions.
  • Formulate human resource strategies that align human capital with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and labor laws.
  • Manage visa and immigration processes for expatriates.
  • Oversee service conditions for all employees.
  • Establish effective feedback mechanisms to address staff concerns.
  • Facilitate the timely and cost-effective recruitment of high-quality talent.
  • Develop a robust recruitment process tailored to business needs.
  • Maintain partnerships with external agencies relevant to talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • MBA or postgraduate degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
