Business Development Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Consultant to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships at Talentfinder (Advtech). This pivotal role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing effective business strategies, and collaborating with senior leadership to achieve our vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and implement effective business development strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Track and analyze the performance of business development efforts, providing regular reports to leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
