Business Development Representative

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our Sales Department in Nelspruit as a Business Development Representative. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our company's products and services to the Dealer Industry, driving sales growth and exceeding installation volumes.
Key Responsibilities- Secure new business from Dealerships through effective selling strategies and relationships.
- Foster growth of installations at Service Centres by providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Deliver policy and product information, as well as training, to clients and stakeholders.
- Follow up on existing and prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
- Present our solutions to clients, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive area and market penetration through targeted sales efforts.
- Resolve queries and accounts efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Achieve sales and operational targets set by management, demonstrating your ability to work towards goals.
- Provide outstanding client service to both existing and prospective clients, building trust and loyalty.
- Administer sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Submit weekly activity reports, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain point of sale materials at Dealership and Service Centres, ensuring visibility and accessibility.
- Meet or exceed set call rates, demonstrating your ability to stay organized and focused.
- Achieve sales targets for assigned projects, showcasing your results-driven approach.
- Conduct monthly stock takes at Service Centres, verifying inventory accuracy.
- Convert demo accounts into paying customers, while administering these accounts effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Dealer Files, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Attend to necessary administrative tasks, supporting the sales team's success.
- Participate in occasional after-hour functions, representing the company and fostering relationships with clients and partners.
- Matriculation and a minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a dealer/fitment centre environment or 3 years overall sales experience.
- Proficiency in MS-Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience in dealing with clients and stakeholders.
- A valid Driver's License, essential for traveling and meeting clients.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
R120 000 - R180 000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
