Sales Team Lead

Talksure SA is seeking a highly motivated and innovative Sales Team Lead to join our business and contribute to our amazing team. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for monitoring and leading a team of sales agents, ensuring they meet targets and adhere to company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and report on team performance, attendance, and time-keeping
- Provide coaching and performance management to team members
- Assist team members with escalated queries and on-the-floor issues
- Ensure smooth implementation of new policies and procedures
- Report any IT-related issues to the campaign manager
- Team-specific reporting as per campaign requirements
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales team leadership experience
- Grade 11 or equivalent
- Ability to be added to the Rep Register
- No criminal record
Desirable Qualifications:
- RE/FAIS desirable
- Previous experience working with insurance products an added advantage
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
