Job Title: Credi Sales Co-Ordinator

Introduction:

The role of a Credi Sales Co-Ordinator is pivotal in ensuring the maximization of sales turnover in the store. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for providing support and supervision to the sales team to achieve this goal.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  2. Stock Levels: Maintain accurate stock levels to meet customer demands and prevent stockouts.
  3. Run Reports: Analyze sales data and run reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Follow-up on Quotations: Follow up on quotations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  5. Attend to Customer Requirements: Attend to customer requirements and ensure that their needs are met promptly.
  6. Setting Monthly Targets: Set and achieve monthly sales targets.
  7. Conducting Weekly and Monthly Meetings: Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the sales team to discuss progress and set goals.
  8. Setting Annual Budget and Sales Targets: Set and manage the annual budget and sales targets for the team.
  9. Credit Limits Adherence: Ensure that credit limits are adhered to and that sales team members understand the importance of this.
  10. Completion of Credit Applications: Complete credit applications and ensure that they are processed efficiently.
  11. Training of Sales Consultants: Provide training to sales consultants to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  12. Resolve Credit Queries: Resolve credit queries and ensure that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  13. Filing of Legal Documents: File legal documents and ensure that they are up to date.
  14. Perform Ad Hoc Administrative Duties: Perform ad hoc administrative duties as required.
  15. Provide Information to Finance: Provide information to the finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  16. Setting Sales Targets for Team: Set and manage sales targets for the sales team.
  17. Liaising with Dispatch Department: Liaise with the dispatch department to ensure that orders are processed efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 6 months Kerridge knowledge
  • 2 years sales experience (including supervision experience)
