Outbound Sales Team Lead

As a Outbound Sales Team Leader at CallForce, you will be responsible for leading a team within the Outbound and telemarketing Call Centre to meet business requirements. Your key responsibilities will include guiding and supporting team members, setting and measuring performance targets, driving operational and technological efficiencies, and managing the daily running of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team to achieve business objectives, provide guidance and support, and ensure effective communication.
- Performance Management: Set, measure, and meet performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality for the team.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive operational and technological efficiencies within the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Quality Control: Monitor team members' performance, implement changes where necessary, and ensure adherence to service standards.
- Customer Service: Handle difficult customer complaints or enquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Forecasting and Planning: Analyze performance statistics, forecast capacity, and plan accordingly to meet business objectives.
- Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruitment and selection of staff, identify training needs, and plan training sessions to enhance team performance.

- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze performance statistics and implement changes.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to handle difficult customer complaints or enquiries.
