Job Overview

Mukuru is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team in achieving exceptional results within their assigned region. This role requires a talented and visionary leader who can drive sales growth, foster strong client relationships, and inspire their team to excel.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and objectives within your region.
  • Lead and manage a team of Super Service Providers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their goals.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners within the region, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to Mukuru.
  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Regional and other stakeholders to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives within the region.
  • Travel within the assigned region as required to visit key clients, build relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent (Desirable)
  • Understanding and speaking of Shona, Chewa, Ndebele, or any other relevant language (Essential)
  • At least 1 year Regional Sales Manager experience
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a sales or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Familiarity with the regional market and industry trends.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Experience in training and coaching sales teams is a plus
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of ZWL $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
