Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and control inventory, assets, and stock levels to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote sales and brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in dealership new and pre-owned vehicle sales management.
  • Grade 12 qualification essential.
  • Valid driver's license essential.
  • Diploma in Business Management or Marketing Management advantageous.
  • Strong asset and stock controlling skills.
  • Ability to work in a corporate dealer group environment.
  • Contactable references.

Salary and Benefits:
