About the Role:

Fempower is seeking an accomplished District Manager who embodies strategic vision and operational acumen to lead sales and commercial functions. As a seasoned Sales Leader, you will drive excellence in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize all functional areas within the plant to meet customer and stakeholder expectations.
  • Align strategic practices to exploit developed and emerging markets.
  • Manage franchisor/supplier relationships to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide leadership support and guidance to your team, fostering a culture of performance excellence.
  • Formulate and control expense and capital budgets, ensuring optimal resource management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of a Sales and Marketing Bachelor's Degree.
  • Proven track record in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics is highly advantageous.
  • Looking for seasoned and commercially strong professionals.
  • Ability to present and report to the GMs and Commercial Sales Director.
  • Must have been an Area or Sales Manager for 5+years before moving into a senior sales role.
