Key Responsibilities
  • HR Management: Oversee all HR functions to ensure seamless delivery of services.

  • Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 38 years of experience in HR management.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
