Career Opportunity:
The Recruitment Council invites applications for the position of Organizational Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's future. You will be responsible for leading organizational design and restructuring projects, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business transformation, and managing change initiatives to align employee development with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Organizational Development:
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring projects.
  • Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.

2. Change Management:
  • Manage and support change initiatives to align employee development with organizational goals.
  • Develop transparent communication plans to guide employees through change processes.

3. Performance Management:
  • Design and manage systems to drive individual and team performance.
  • Oversee performance reviews, address underperformance, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Manage incapacity procedures related to performance or health issues.

4. Training and Upskilling:
  • Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to deliver upskilling opportunities.
  • Ensure training programs meet industry and regulatory requirements.

5. Employee Engagement and Wellbeing:
  • Promote a positive workplace culture by driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Continuously improve the digital employee experience and support wellness initiatives.

Additional HR Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth integration for new hires.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align organizational goals with HR strategies and create a cohesive workplace culture.
  • Develop and execute change management plans to support restructuring efforts.
  • Lead performance appraisals, goal setting, and professional development programs.
  • Oversee employee wellness programs and foster an inclusive, supportive environment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.

Estimated Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per annum.
