Job Summary:

The Recruitment Council seeks an experienced Senior Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions and drive organizational success. This pivotal role will involve fostering a high-performance workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and overseeing all HR operations.

About You:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of organizational development, change management, and performance management. Your expertise in talent development and management, combined with your ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Management and Generalist Functions: Oversee all HR-related activities, including payroll, employee relations, and HR process flow. Manage HR administration, data management, and reporting, ensuring seamless benefits onboarding and communication with fund managers.
  • Organizational Development: Lead organizational design and restructuring projects. Implement strategies to enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.
  • Change Management: Manage and support change initiatives to align employee development with organizational goals. Develop transparent communication plans to guide employees through change processes.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage systems to drive individual and team performance. Oversee performance reviews, address underperformance, and implement improvement strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition and Upskilling: Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to deliver upskilling opportunities. Ensure training programs meet industry and regulatory requirements.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Promote a positive workplace culture by driving initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Continuously improve the digital employee experience and support wellness initiatives.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 38 years of HR management experience, preferably within the financial services sector.
  • Expertise in organizational development, change management, and employee wellbeing.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and their HR implications is advantageous.
