We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at iOCO Infrastructure Services. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate communication within a service or support environment
  • Perform a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient operations and effective communication
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of administrative work experience in a service desk or call coordinating environment
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Computer and MS Office literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundation V3 certification
  • A+ and N+ certifications
