Service Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at iOCO Infrastructure Services. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth operations and effective communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate communication within a service or support environment
- Perform a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring efficient operations and effective communication
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide administrative support to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative work experience in a service desk or call coordinating environment
- Good communication skills and fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Computer and MS Office literacy
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification
- A+ and N+ certifications
