Office Administrator Support Specialist

About the Role:
Midvaal Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrator to support our team in Johannesburg. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our management team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal and administrative support to the management team, including report writing, file management, and communications
• Assist in coordinating company events, functions, and stock takes
• Prepare and manage various reports, including sales, turnover, and stock updates
• Oversee office maintenance, employee records, and office supplies
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• At least 2 years' experience in office administration and personal assistance
• Experience in the motor trade industry would be beneficial
Compensation:
