We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Strategy to lead our team of Financial Advisors in achieving sales targets and providing advice in accordance with FAIS requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of customer value proposition.
  • Develop and implement distribution strategies for products within the team.
  • Guarantee that advice provided is in line with FAIS regulations.
  • Identify and create coordinated sales opportunities through other channels.
  • Action leads and manage sales & expense budget for a team of Financial Advisors against set targets.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with each Financial Advisor within the sales team.
  • Lead weekly sales team meetings with the team and individual Financial Advisors.
  • Resolve problems and queries generated by Financial Advisers.
  • Manage performance management and IR issues.
  • Recruit Financial Advisors.
  • E nsure Financial Advisors are trained and comply with FAIS Fit and Proper requirements.
