Job Description

We are seeking a talented Technical Strategy Director to join our team at People Solved. As a key member of our Engineering organization, you will be responsible for reviewing the way of work within our teams and maintaining a tight partnership between Architecture and Engineering.

This role requires a proven track record of leadership experience in managing multiple teams, as well as knowledge of technology trends to build a successful strategy. You will be responsible for co-developing the Technical Strategy alongside the Head of Technology and driving its successful execution within the engineering teams.

You will establish incremental steps to progress the organization towards the desired architectural state, allowing for temporary concessions to maintain momentum and ensure ongoing advancement. Your ability to successfully transform into an elastic computing world while working closely with the Head of IT is crucial to this role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to present confidently to large audiences. Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to nurture positive collaborative relationships are essential to this position.

A minimum of 7-10 years of technical experience is required for this role, as well as a proven solutions-focused approach that can turn problems into opportunities.

This is a full-time salaried position with an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, professional development opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.
