In 1996, Hisense officially entered the South African market with product lines covering televisions, refrigerators, mobile phones, washing machines, air conditioners, and other products. Its sales channels covered over 5,100 stores within South Africa and radiated to more than 10 surrounding countries in Southern Africa, such as Namibia, Zambia, Mozambique, and Zimbabwe.

From 2012 to the present, Hisense's product sales in the South African market have been increasing year by year. As of 2019, Hisense's refrigerators had a sales volume share of 29% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue also at 26% and ranking first. Hisense's televisions had a sales volume share of 26% and ranked first in the South African market, with sales revenue at 24% and ranking second.

**Job Title**: HR & Payroll Management [人力资源与薪资管理]
- Process monthly payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring timely salary releases and resolving any salary rejects.
- Process additional payments, including bonuses, commissions, and overtime hours.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses in line with company policies and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Validate and reconcile payroll data, including checking payslips and supporting reports for payroll validation.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll deductions, tax-related issues, and other payroll concerns.
- Ensure compliance with SARS and other regulatory requirements, including completing tax submissions, EMP501 submissions, and WCA Return of Earnings.
- Ensure all visa and passport documents for foreign expatriate staff are compliant with South African immigration and labor legislation.
- Submit quarterly stats SA reports and other compliance-related documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure payroll operations are conducted securely to protect sensitive employee information.
- Assist employees with UIF, tax documents, confirmation of employment, and other payroll-related inquiries.
- Approve and manage employee leave and overtime requests through WebSS.
- Compile and update employee files in electronic formats to ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Generate HR and payroll reports, including staff headcount movements, labor costs, and other payroll-related trends.
- Assist with HR reporting and provide analysis for management, supporting decision-making in staffing and labor costs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for third-party providers such as health and life insurance.
- Liaise with auditors to provide accurate and reliable payroll records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Finance team for payroll journal queries, and capture journals onto GRS.
- Load third-party invoices onto GRS for payment processing.
- Ensure the payroll system is up-to-date and compliant with the latest legislation.
- Support and deliver monthly payrolls for Hisense South Africa.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of full and final settlements.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years’ HR administration and payroll experience with knowledge of the payroll operations
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification
- Must be able to create reports on Sage 300 People, especially Financial Analysis
- Sage 300 People, experience on all the different modules
- Able to speak English and Chinese
- Professionalism, accuracy and pays high attention to Detail.
- Needs to be very efficient in Excel, no exception / so Advanced Excel skills.
