**Job summary**:
Account director's primary duty is to establish, and nurture client relationships with professionalism to help them meet their business needs.
Account director will provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the account. This includes managing the client portfolio and working closely and leading internal team and client team to ensure smooth workflow of campaigns and managing client’s expectations daily.

**Responsibilities**:
Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the account.
Manages day-to-day team operations and leads the account management of the team.
Work closely with the strategist, planners, buyer to ensure that the client’s objectives and KPI’s are met based on the approved strategic direction across client portfolios.
Manages the client portfolio, leading both internal and client teams to ensure smooth workflow of business strategy KPI’s by driving strategies and campaigns that meet this, as we all as daily management of client expectations.
Manage the client's budgets, campaigns and ensure profitability of the account as well as the business.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all areas of the business to effectively manage client interactions.
Establish and nurture client relationships with professionalism to meet client business needs and ensure the agency is a key partner.
Interact and collaborate with other agencies on the account (creative, digital, sponsorship, PR).
Manages the client's budget, profitability, and financial viability, supporting the finance team in any challenges.

Four-year degree in marketing/advertising/communication.
5-8 years’ experience in a senior account management role.
Media agency, experience is advantageous.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Suite.
