Opportunity to join a quality distribution service team, in a **Client Relationship Manager** role, based in Randburg, Johannesburg.

This team is looking for someone able to maintain and grow Corporate client accounts in a sustainable and positive manner. The business offering is an outbound solution for point of purchase material, and clients are primarily within the FMCG sector.

**Core skills required** in this CRM role:

- Successful track record (8+ years) of maintaining and growing Corporate clients
- Ability to consistently build long term relationships, driven by engaging with clients to high standards (“client centric” approach).
- Ability to assess information and data (highly proficient in Excel) to utilise effectively when engaging clients - volumes, client history etc.
- Professionalism, capability and good communication skills to compile presentations and present to clients.
- Good comfort with income statements / budgets
- Strong EQ to professionally manage day-to day challenges / resolve issues typical of a service industry partnering with demanding blue-chip clients.
- Keen sense of urgency, grit and determination to work under pressure when required and meet service deadlines, with peak work periods often being around Easter and Christmas/ New Year.
