- CONDENSED LIST OF DUTIES:
- Ordering of stationary.
- Taking of minutes and typing agendas for all meetings
- Typing of correspondence
- Screening of calls and taking messages.
- Compiling management reports
- Managing department registers and leave forms
- Update BDC stats for file handed over
- Booking boardrooms and parking.
- Ensuring that boardrooms are set up for meetings and liasing with tea attendants.
- Maintaining contributions organogram on a monthly basis.
- Coordinating functions.
- Liasing with internal and external service providers.
- Responsible for sending and receiving via courier.
- Updating data on the Phoenix and Natural systems for special projects.
- Assist Queries Department with Conversions
- Performing other duties that management may request to do from time to time.**Inherent Requirements**
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12
- Good attendance and reliability
- BASIC WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 1 to 2 years admin/secretarial experience
- **Typing (35 words per minute)**
- KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS- MS Office
- Natural system.
- Phoenix system
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Be responsible, co-operative and flexible.
