Our construction client in Bramley Gauteng is looking of an office administrator / Secretary with 3 years plus experience.
**This is an EE position ONLY, this is also not a Disability Job ONLY**
**Salary Basic plus medical aid contribution - Working hours 8am to 4:30 Monday to Friday**
**Min Requirements**
- Matric
- Office Administration or Secretarial Certificate an added bonus
- 2-3 years plus experience in Office Administration and Secretary
**Job Duties**
- Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing, and collating reports
- Typing out documents, including quotations, which may be required by management and in the field
- Collecting invoices and statements and sharing them with the accounting department as well as logging of bills or expenses
- Organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing customer databases
- Implementing new procedures and administrative systems
- Liaising with relevant organisations and clients
- Coordinating mailshots and similar publicity tasks
