You will play an essential role in **building and nurturing relationships **with HR managers and other key decision-makers. You will be at the forefront of **helping organizations access innovative mental health solutions**, contributing directly to the company’s mission of making mental health care more accessible and effective. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in both inbound sales lead processing and proactive client outreach, enabling you to directly impact the company's growth and success.
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Build and maintain strong relationships with HR managers and other stakeholders**. Understanding their needs and presenting tailored mental health solutions.
**2 Handle inbound sales leads**. Guide potential clients through the discovery and onboarding process.
**4. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams** to align client needs with our services and ensure seamless implementation.
**5. Stay updated on industry trends and mental health solutions** to provide informed and valuable insights to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent German-speaking skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
- Proven experience in relationship-building roles such as Sales, Human Resources, Recruitment, or Key Account Management.
- Strong interest in or prior experience working with mental health solutions or related services.
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and comfortable managing both inbound sales leads and cold calling for client outreach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
