Maintain company secretarial files of clients.
Prepare and submit amendments to company secretarial information
Registration and deregistration of companies.
Submit annual returns.
Liaison with clients in respect of amendments to company secretarial information.
Liaison with CIPC.
Maintain trust files of clients.
**Prepare and submit amendments to trust information**:
Registration and deregistration of trusts.
Liaison with clients in respect of amendments to trust information.
Liaison with Master of the High Court.
Oversee cleanliness of office.
Reception during lunchtime (maximum once per week).
Liaison with other offices in the group in respect of group activities.
**Qualifications**:
5 years’ experience in a similar role
Detailed orientated
Strong administrative skills
Computer literate
Basic knowledge of Companies Act
