- To sell parts and reach monthly and quarterly
targets, assist customers with requirements and
promote the business at all times
- External - Customers, suppliers, government,
service providers.
Internal - All departments and branches
- Daily follow up on Editable Enquiries, on all STOCK and overseas items regarding price and availability
- Converting of quotes into orders
- Cold Calling - at least 15 customers a week, with Customer feedback for ISO also to be submitted
- Looking up part numbers on CAT sis by assisting customers who does not have part numbers
- Answering calls and making sure the correct quoting procedure is followed with each customer depending on their classification
- Assisting customers in stores when they collect or when they want to place an order to collect in stores
- Following the order through with the correct communication to the customers and stores until it has
been completed
- Monthly specials are also created by the sales people to up the selling of dead stock as well as normal stock
- Delivery overdues must also be monitored on a weekly basis to make sure the customers are
being notified on overdue shipments due to weather or any other flight delay
- All sales people to handle CIA customers, by collecting cash and proving the needed slips or money to accounts
- Assisting accounts with overdue accounts and statements where necessary, especially if there are urgent orders that cannot be processed due to an overdue account
- Making sure all Unauthorised quotes are followed through or cancelled if need be
- Notifying Procurement on special stock requests or simply just asking for more stock due to availability
- All warranty procedures to be followed through, with warranty forms to Head Office with correct information
- All Internal Sales to communicate clearly with Technical Specialist on new customer leads as well as good

**Requirements**:

- Essential: Matric with Math.
Beneficial: Post-matric course
certification in Admin/Sales/Comp
Literacy
- Proven prior experience in a similar and/or sales
environment
- Computer literate (Outlook);
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Familiaity with sales processes and trading/sales
business
- Good communication & interpersonal abilities;
Accuracy; Attention to detail;
Ability to work with limited supervision
Good timekeeping
High standard of integrity and resilience
