**Technical Sales Representative (JB4105)**
Modderfontein, Gauteng
R13 000 to R15 000 a month + Commission
Allowances: R4000.00 Car / R400.00 Communication / R3678.00 Fuel + 6 Monthly performance Bonuses

**Minimum Requirements**:
Must have own car and valid License
Demonstrable sales ability and sales track record (non-negotiable)
Must be a sales Hunter
Demonstrable ability to generate and close new business
Retail sales, hardware experience or coatings experience beneficial
Hardware and allied product industry experience beneficial
Ability to operate within hardware store, industrial and end-user environment
Own dependable transport essential
Must reside within reasonable proximity (preferably East Rand area (Boksburg, Kempton Park, Germiston, Alberton areas )
Strong personality, high energy levels and self-driven
Mature and responsible demeanour
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team player
High degree of professionalism and conduct at all times
Friendly demeanor and good interpersonal skills
Sales and profit-driven
Excellent customer service orientation
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Develop strategies to grow the business and increase market share
Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
Meet and exceed turnover and litre objectives
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Maximize Prolong product, line, and channel penetration in the retail market
Sell company products through various channels, with a focus on preparations product sales
Develop sales action plans based on product, brand, geography, and sales channel
Ensure targets are achieved and exceeded
Build and maintain relationships with buyers, department heads, and merchandisers
Address customer needs and requirements effectively
Stay updated on changes in the paint industry and competitive pressures
Modify strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness
Identify new sales opportunities and expand active accounts
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Adhere to internal sales processes and procedures
Maintain CRM data and submit necessary reports promptly
Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company
Handle customer problems and complaints efficiently and ethically
Conduct business with integrity and professionalism
Ensure adherence to company policies and pricing strategies
Provide product knowledge and technical training to customers
Offer technical advice and support to add value to customer businesses
Travel within the designated region as required
Assist with promotions and events as needed
Continuously strive for sales productivity and efficiency
Aim for customer retention and satisfaction through excellent service
